Deborah Norton

Bio:

Deborah Norton is an accomplished leader in the medical affairs field, currently serving as the Vice President and Global Head of Medical Teams & US Launch Strategy at IO Biotech. With a career spanning over two decades, she has held various senior positions at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where she led multi-disciplinary teams in oncology, hematology, and other therapeutic areas. Deborah has a strong background in clinical development, strategic planning, and team management, and she has been instrumental in launching several high-impact medical programs. Deborah has also been in roles where she has been on the commercial side forming the first commercial nurse navigator team at Novartis. She holds an Executive MBA Certificate from the Wharton School of Business and a Doctoral Degree in Epidemiology and Health Care Policy Studies from the University of Vermont. Deborah is also actively involved in clinical practice and academic roles, contributing to the University of Vermont's medical community.
